Thank you McCarthy VW for taking care of our Airbag recall. Little rock VW wasted 3 trips (and charged us $300 for a new battery for an Airbag failure ?) Anyway your service is great. We are on our 3rd VW and the next one will be purchased from you.

The coolant light on our Atlas came on so we scheduled an appointment. The appointment was two weeks out so they gave me some coolant to keep the Atlas filled until they could service it. Even with a later service date, I didn’t want to go anywhere else since I knew they would do an excellent job. Of course they exceeded all my expectations. Austin got me all checked in and added two additional things to the service list that I was worried about. Then Tony serviced our Atlas and explained everything very well. We will continue to be repeat customers!

My partner and I had a collision on vacation which was deemed a “total loss.” We looked on the McLarty site on a Sunday and highlighted vehicles we were interested in, because we needed to be in a vehicle quick! We had a great experience. Nathan was an excellent salesperson. He spent a lot of time with us to show us vehicles and wasn't pushy at all. Then after the sale, he spent a lot of extra time to show my daughter all of the features of the SUV and how to use them.

I just moved to the area from out of state, John was very nice and even though he said that they might not get to it until the week I was pleasantly surprised that the worked on my car that same day Austin was very nice and he followed up with a call on what the problem was and that it was fixed. This VW dealership was so professional unlike the dealership that I was having to deal with in Las Vegas

Volkswagen in North Little Rock, Arkansas, done awesome job on my vehicle. I got an oil change and they washed my car but before that, they even showed a video of what they was doing to my car. They rotated my tires and much more! Go to this dealership and not Little Rock.
