Worst Service I have ever received. The Service Department does not know what communication is. This all started when my vehicle bricked after attempting to update. They had my vehicle for over a week and when I would call or email I never got a call back. I would have to drive to the dealership just to talk to service advisor. After my vehicle was ready. I picked it up and when I got home I noticed it need an update still. Called dealership and they offered me a vehicle to drive for the day. Go to pick up my vehicle and I see a new scratch on fender and after confirming with photos that was new, they fixed it. That took another week. I just don't get it. Why as a client do I need to call to get status updates on my vehicle and chase answers. Some processes would probably help. UPDATE 03.12.26: Now I get a call and the service manager Bobby Richards states they no longer want to service my vehicle. This is great customer service.
They were very nice to work with. Took my VW Beetle in for airbag warranty work. They not only replace that but did a complete inspection on my car and washed it. I will be going back in the future.
Paid a $500 deductible..which in true I was told it could be nonrefundable..for a vehicle in transit, not on the lot. I ended up finding the same vehicle at another dealership slight cheaper. I tried to negotiate pricing ($300 lesser) with this dealer and they would not go down. One of the sales guys called me trying to sell me another type of vehicle and asked me if I still wanted the car..because another dealership wanted it. I put the deposit down on. I eventually bought my car from another dealer. I called to see if I could get my deposit back..the car still hasn't made it to the lot..I was basically told no by a manager named Mo. I put down a deposit why would you then try to sell me another vehicle.. from a simple humanity standpoint it would not have hurt or kept them from selling this vehicle to give back my deposit. I am glad I didn't do business here. Take your business to Volkswagen of Little Rock.
Our sales man was awesome but your parts lady is horrible and your sales manager is very rude they should not be able to deal with the public I would love to speak with someone higher up about my experience
Terrible treatment with customers, not being specific or clear..more waiting time, rude answers, not recommend this place to any of future friends or someone
I went up there with no intent to buy with $500 disposable income that I can play with they managed to show me a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 turbo with a 5-speed I love that car I got a great deal I got it for $303 a month but the salesman and the other kind of pushy but other than that to polite
I got a be bettle there they lied about what year it was said it was a 2017 but after we got it it was a 2015 I will never ever buy a car there again so If you’re looking look some were else because they do nothing but lies and do not stand behind their words. Robert Dunlap
Worst experience at a dealership ever. They treat their customers like garbage. Made a deal that they didn't stand behind. Was told my sales tax would be paid but was never written down because the finance person said we would owe any. Went to register the car and ended up having to pay sales tax went back to talk to the dealer and they didn't stand by the deal. Messed up our paperwork as well. I encourage anyone to go to the other VW dealership in Little Rock. Only good thing about the experience was the salesman.

Salesman said he was on disability so he didn't want to make any commission. This way he could give us the best deal. He also completely trashed Owens-Murphy verbally. We left and got a beautiful new VW from Owens-Murphy at a price and options he couldn't even come close to. I swear I will never go to them ever again.
I went in for a used car, but because of the staff's hard work I got a brand, new Golf Sport Wagon. I love my car.

I had a great experience at North Point VW. They were very helpful thru the entire process. I Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Horrible experience. went in to purchase a pre owned car for my 17 year old son. Justin knowingly sold me a car that was headed to the auction house. The car completely died within 4 weeks, leaving him stranded on the highway. I contacted Justin and he would not return my calls. I contacted the sales mgr, Michael Smith and he basically told me tough luck. Now i can not do anything with the car because they refuse to send me the title.
Horrible after the sale it took 3 mths to paperwork in during that time the car kept going into the shop never could get ahold of my sales person and the store manager was rude as could be requested a different car which I have that right before paying sales tax and they refused when purchasing the car they told me my sales tax was including total bs
