I recently purchased a new Tiguan from McLarty VW and had a very good experience through and through. I was able to take advantage of great end-of-year incentives and Luis Martinez was great to work with. Purchasing a car is typically not a pleasant experience, but McLarty's sales and finance teams were very straightforward, respectful, and fair to work with. I went with my daughter who was buying her first car. Luis was her sales consultant. He treated her with such respect. He was honest, upfront about pricing and financing. We bought out cross sport here and have used the service center consistently. They are always very nice, and rarely has the service took longer than expected. I almost always speak with John and he is really great. They are very good to communicate regarding vehicle concerns (tire tread, brake pads, air filters, etc.) and recommendations with timeline. I also really like the video walkthrough and explanation of services needed with the ability to accept or decline additional services with price transparency.

Really great team when I walked into McClarty VW to get my vehicle serviced. The service counter checked in my car straight away and answered all my questions on car care. They took me to a store while my car was being serviced and I felt very comfortable from both drop off and pick up drivers. I love the walk through on what the mechanics have done and to look out for in the future. I have used them since my first VW before 2014 and have always been pleased. Would recommend to anyone. I went to replace my vehicle that had been totaled and came out with what I thought was a new car. This location is not big and I hoped I was making a great choice cause I hate salespeople. “We’re not all gullible” I don’t like the sales pitch all of them have to make you feel like you’re getting a deal. Great job of fixing my Touareg TDI. Iwas kind of surprised, they normally leave the vehicle very clean, but the spare wheel well where they were working was left very nasty with spilled DEF fluid.😒

The coolant light on our Atlas came on so we scheduled an appointment. The appointment was two weeks out so they gave me some coolant to keep the Atlas filled until they could service it. Even with a later service date, I didn’t want to go anywhere else since I knew they would do an excellent job. Of course they exceeded all my expectations. We had a great experience. Nathan was an excellent salesperson. He spent a lot of time with us to show us vehicles and wasn't pushy at all. Then after the sale, he spent a lot of extra time to show my daughter all of the features of the SUV and how to use them.
I just moved to the area from out of state, John was very nice and even though he said that they might not get to it until the week I was pleasantly surprised that the worked on my car that same day Austin was very nice and he followed up with a call on what the problem was and that it was fixed. This VW dealership was so professional unlike the dealership that I was having to deal with in Las Vegas

Volkswagen in North Little Rock, Arkansas, done awesome job on my vehicle. I got an oil change and they washed my car but before that, they even showed a video of what they was doing to my car. They rotated my tires and much more! Go to this dealership and not Little Rock.
