Worst Service I have ever received. The Service Department does not know what communication is. This all started when my vehicle bricked after attempting to update. They had my vehicle for over a week and when I would call or email I never got a call back. I would have to drive to the dealership just to talk to service advisor. After my vehicle was ready. I was able to get the vehicle I have been wanting for months from here. Ray was very helpful and I was able to start the process before going to the location. This is my (2nd) vehicle bought from McLarty VW. Eric Box was again my Salesman. He was very patient, kind and professional. He made sure I got just what I wanted. On yesterday, I was Blessed with another Black Pearl VW TAOS only a 2026 this time. I originally had a Black Pearl 2023 VW TAOS. Mr. Box searched and found one in another city. The Financial Manager was Excellent! I highly recommend McLarty VW and Eric Box most definitely! Can't wait to pick my Blessing up on Monday.

I went in for an oil change. They checked my records to see if it was still covered under warranty. It was! The staff was very courteous and helpful and they even washed and vacuumed the inside of my car. A plus guys!

First car we went with was used and turned out to be a bad decision. But McLarty VW ended up getting us in a brand new VW with only 11 miles with the same payment the older 2018 with high mileage car was going to cost us. They redeemed themselves and I would go to them again if I’m ever looking for another used car.

I went in for an oil change on my VW Tiguan and after looking around on the lot decided to see if I could upgrade to an Atlas. I recently purchased a new Tiguan from McLarty VW and had a very good experience through and through. I was able to take advantage of great end-of-year incentives and Luis Martinez was great to work with. Purchasing a car is typically not a pleasant experience, but McLarty's sales and finance teams were very straightforward, respectful, and fair to work with. I would certainly do business with them in the future and recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new car.

I went with my daughter who was buying her first car. Luis was her sales consultant. He treated her with such respect. He was honest, upfront about pricing and financing. We bought out cross sport here and have used the service center consistently. They are always very nice, and rarely has the service took longer than expected. I almost always speak with John and he is really great. They are very good to communicate regarding vehicle concerns (tire tread, brake pads, air filters, etc.) and recommendations with timeline. I also really like the video walkthrough and explanation of services needed with the ability to accept or decline additional services with price transparency.

Really great team when I walked into McClarty VW to get my vehicle serviced. The service counter checked in my car straight away and answered all my questions on car care. They took me to a store while my car was being serviced and I felt very comfortable from both drop off and pick up drivers. It was my first time to have taken a vehicle on to a service shop, I was well pleased with the process. I only wish that it could have been done in one trip bc of my travel over an hour one way. I am pleased with their service.
